Why we need your data
We collect personal data solely to provide our booking service: scheduling appointments, sending confirmations, and managing your reservations.
Legal basis
We process your data based on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) β it is necessary to deliver the booking service you requested.
How long we keep your data
Your personal data is stored until you delete your account. Booking records are anonymized upon account deletion (personal details removed, but the appointment slot record is retained for scheduling integrity).

- Right to rectification β correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure β delete your account and associated data
- Right to data portability β receive your data in a structured format
How to delete your data
If you have an account, go to "My Bookings" and use the "Delete Account" button. This immediately removes your personal data and anonymizes your booking history.
If you booked as a guest (without an account), contact us at the email below to request data deletion. We will fulfill your request within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: a session cookie for login authentication and a localStorage entry to remember your language preference. We do not use any analytics, tracking, or third-party cookies.
